Thanksgiving day

Today It's thanksgiving day and I want to say thank you to all the people that help me specially my parents and my grandparents for giving me support in everything I did and for all the good memories I have with them.

I'm very grateful with my parents and my brother because they are very permisive and they always want the best for me even sometimes when I think they are horrible.They a lot of patience with me when we argue.My brother is incredible.He is seven years than me and since I was born he has looked after me at every moment .He used to play dolls with me when I was a child  and I remember having a good time with him .I look up at him because he is very responsible and I think he's perfect ,he persuade me into doing thing that are beneficial for me even when I don't want.

Now I want to say thank you to my grandparents.What can I say about them?The only thing I can say is that they are the best grandparents I could have.I don't remember too much my grandfather Roque because he died when I was very little but the memories I have with him  are very funny, he was diabetic and I remember I used to stole his biscuits and he followed me saying :"They are the biscuits of my breakfast!!!"and we laughed a lot together.My grandfather Manuel died when I was little too but I remember more things with him,I think I'm from the Betis because of him ,we saw the matches together with the flags and scarfs, my fist   t -shirt was a present of him.My grandmother Rosario is the only one that It's alive .I think I love her so much because It's my grandmother oviously but because I didn't have another one. She takes car of me when my

parents can't.When my brother and I were very little we loved going to sleep to her house because she always took us to the  pigeons park and we fed them.

To conclude ,I wat to say thankyou because because I am who I am because of them and even if they don'tlike how I am sometime I always receive inconditional hugs.

Halloween story 

In the English class we did  halloween stories or films I chose a story and I did it with a friend of mine Cristina and here it is the story:

 -Scary story

This is the story of a rich family from New York. They were Tom, the father, Jane ,the mother, Kate that was the older sister and Aston the younger brother .They were looking for some places to go on Halloween’s bank holidays. They found a beautiful castle in the mountains of Russia .But then they found a legend that says that the castle was enchanted. However they decided to go.

The family arrived to the castle the 30^th of October .It was dark and foggy ,it was very difficult for them to found the hotel, but finally they could. There and old woman ,with a very bad aspect and very bad tempered welcomes them. They looked around and the hotel was dirty ,old ,empty and smells really bad .The woman gave them the key .Their bedroom was in the last floor ,they went upstairs and they could see the cleaner ,a young handsome boy called John ,Kate felt in love at the moment with that guy. So she introduce herself and started to talked .The rest of the family entered to the bedroom ,Next to it there was a bedroom that in the door says “Private Room”. They had a look at the room and they saw on the top of the chimney a picture of a family in black and white ,Kate realized that there was a boy that looked like John ,but she didn’t care very much about it. So they put  on their piyamas and they went to sleep because theywere tired.

All the family was sleeping,when suddenly Aston,the younger brother ,heared some strange noises and decided to look along the corridor.He didn’t find anything so he went back to bed .

The door closed by itself ,and the wind banged the window against the wall. Afterwards the picture felt down and they were able to see the year that the photo was taken ,1803. Aston was urprised because the photo had three centuries and after that Kate was afraid and she runaway  looking for John,but she didn’t find him anywhere ,later she decided to enter in the private room ,there she saw John and the old woman.Kate wanted  to hugged John ,but she couldn’t because that room was the spirits room .John appeared with a knife on his hand and killed Kate ,she knew his secret .The family saw the death body  so they runaway back to New York .And from that moment every night they had nightmares with the spirits and with the deatk body of Kate .

This is a woman that it's crying maybe because she is suffering for any reason ,I think It is a really moving picture because of the make up.The connection to the song is because she spent a very bad time because of her addiction.

This is a prostitute working in the street waiting for somebody .Prpbaly she isnot happy withher job but it's the only way to get money.The connection to the song is because the girl is a prostitute because she need to get money to buy drugs.

This is cocaine it's a type of drug that it's very adictive and when you can't stop having them are very destructives.The relation to the song it's because the girl can't stop having them .

This is a lonely street ,it seems like it's really cold and there is nobody inthe street,the picture is spontaneous and powerful.The connection to the song it's that the girl work on the street all the seasons even if it's winter and she have cold. 

This picure is really moving and it seems that the person have cold .The relation it's that the woman have to stay all night on the streets going from one side to another until someone call her.

This picture is moving and it's not colouful at all .It's a man that is begging for some money and food he is on the floor with a blanket but it seems that he have cold ,and all the people is going long and don't pay attention to him.The relation with the song is that the woman begs for some money but she doesn't received nothing of the people soshe have to be a prostitute.

One thing I want to mention is one thing about the title that it's "The A Team" you probably won't understand that .It's a word game .The woman it's adiccted to cocaine and drugs it's divided into different groups and cocaine is in the A group so because of that the song it's called "The A Team"

Horse Riding 

I interviewed my horse riding teacher called Joaquin because he have a very long and interesting career.

Why did you start practising this sport?
I horse riding since I was young , I 've liked horses since I can remember , my parents always they have the oportunity they let me  rode .

Who have introduced you to this sport?
Sincerely I don't remenber , because my parents never had relationship with someone with horses , It was for own pleasure since I was young .

How old were you when you started to riding a horse?
I was really small  , I started with seven or eight years old more less

What is the thing you like most about this sport?
The thing I like most  is that you never stop learning because in this sport you have to work with horses and they are unprecictable, and you have to learn to coordinate with the horse to get on well with him.

Which is the  discipline you like most jumping or dressage?
I like more dressage , the reason is that dressage is more delicate and difficult ,you have to be very precise.

Have you ever won any important prize ?
Nowdays riding is not like in the past , contests were available to rich people because of  the prize of transport of the horse .Like a teacher I won some provincial ans autonomic prizes .

Rowing

Rowing began to be an olympic game sport in Athens on 1896 but women didn't participate until 1976 in Montreal.In this sport you have to compete against other  athletes in a river ,sea or lake .
There are eight disciplines, six of which are part of the olympic games .There are eight types of boats ,they are single skiff , double skiff ,four skiff ,coxless pair ,two coxed ,coxless four ,coxed four and eight with coxwain.
Some important competitions are side by side ,head races ,bumps races ,stakes races and the world championchips and olympics.

Russian Experience

In this entry I'm going to speak about an english proyect we had to do at school.It was about nutrition in different countries and my group chose Russia,Which is reaaly interesting.


My group work found a lot of diffrerent recipes from Russia but they didn't look nice at all and finnaly we found a recipe called kremsils,they look like crepes but they are thicker and sweeter.


The recipe is:
-Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
8 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups matzo meal
½ cup cottage cheese (4 oz)
¼ cup finely chopped pecans or ¼ cup walnuts
½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
maple syrup (optional)
granulated sugar (optional)

-Method:

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan ,after that turns off the heat .You have to break some eggs into a mixing bowl  then you have to beat it until it has a lemon colour.Add milk, , cottage cheese, butter, nuts, vanilla and salt to the mixing bowland beat it until it gets smooth.You have to turn the heat on to moderate the het and drop the mixture into the pan ,fry both sides until it gets golden in both sides.hen you are going to eat them you can add chocolate  siroup or sugar .

 While we were filming we laughed a lot because we got stuck a lot of times and also we laughed a lot because all the kremsils got paste in the pan and we had to do a lot of them to had one good.


I learnt how to cook kremsils .If we weren't doing this proyect I would never knowabout this Russian food .It's very easy to cook and they are delicious.


Finally ,I think that this proyect was really interesting because when we started ,each one of the group had a different country and we had to look information about them to chose which country we prefer and we learnt about them too.
